Damage from Use
Merc Bats made from maple wood are milled directly from the log and undergo all the quality testing needed to insure the highest quality without imperfections. For this reason, and because of the nature of the sport, we unfortunately cannot replace bats damaged or broken after they have been used. Please handle the bats with care. All wood bats are made to handle significant impact. However, as any baseball bat, every impact reduces the potential life of a bat – that includes impacts as throwing of bats and banging against spikes. -
Unused Merchandise
Any unused bat can be returned for a refund or exchange minus, shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of purchase.
Ordering by Check via Mail
Any merchandise may be ordered using a credit card from our website. Merc Bat Co. will accept payments by mail using personal or company check when submitted with the proper ordering form printed and filled out from the website. Allow 10 days for check to clear prior to merchandise shipment.
